Order of the Fez Sheet Music
In October of last year, Phil Powell (#9) came up with lyrics for the Official Order of the Fez Song. But it's really not a song until we have music, and now --thanks to Dr. T. Everett Mobley (#3)-- we do. Almost. What we have is sheet music [Download.pdf] , so members who can read sheet music are already singing or humming the song.
But Dr. T. has semi-promised to record the song and maybe send us a midi file to post. My dream is to have every member record a vocal of the official song and send in the MP3 file, which we'll mix into the first performance of The Order of the Fez Chorale.
Those that can read Dr. T's music... let him know what you think of his effort.

dammit I knew I should have been spending more time learning to read sheet music... of course I can barely play the ukulele... do they do tabs for the kazoo?

I see he's got chord names on there. Cool. I can't wait to hear it. I'll be able to reproduce it after that.
BTW... it's pretty obvious that Dr. T is a pianist. E flat just gives it away. :-)

Dr. Mobley is an accomplished musician. I think I've linked before but for those that missed it, you'll see him and his pals in action at:

Although I am a pianist, my most comfortable keys are C and G, on the ivories as well as on the guitar. I'd be happy to re-write in those keys. I picked E-flat not because it's a good horn key (which, as a euphonium player, I know it is), but because I thought it best fit the average male vocal range (i.e. mine - not too high, not too low).
Feel free to transpose.
