Shriner dune buggy crash

Jeff points us to this horrific video of a parading shriner losing control of his dune buggy and plowing into the crowd. The story from WTVC-TV (Chattanooga, TN):

"No criminal charges will be filed over a Shriners dune buggy that injured eight people when it ran into a crowd during a downtown Chattanooga parade. James Brooks was driving the buggy in circles when it brushed the rear of a yellow mini-car and ran into the crowd."

I keep imagining one of the injured by-standers, limping through life and having to explain over, and over, and over... "A man in a fez, driving a little car, crashed into me."

Let's just hope James doen't lose his fez over this tragic accident.
